Filmmaker Mehmet Selcuk Bilge's debut feature KULUCKA (Incubation) is ready to have its World Premiere at 37th Istanbul Film Festival on April 16, 2018.

The festival tickets will be available to purchase as of Saturday, 24 March. The tickets can be purchased on Biletix sales channels and from the box offices at the Atlas and Rexx movie theatres, without any service charge.

Kulucka is also in competition for Seyfi Teoman Best Debut Feature Film Prize at the festival.
